What Are Chakras?
Chakras are the seven key energy centers in the body that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each chakra governs a specific area, starting from the root at the base of the spine and rising to the crown at the top of the head. When these energy centers are in balance, we experience a sense of harmony and flow, but when blocked or misaligned, it can lead to physical discomfort or emotional imbalance.
The seven chakras include:
Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Grounding and Stability
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Creativity and Passion
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Confidence and Power
Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Love and Compassion
