Studio Manager

The Midtown Yoga Studio Manager role is a full-time, on-site position. The studio manager will assist the Director of Operations with the day-to-day operations of the studio. Below is an overview of the manager’s responsibilities:

  • Operations and Logistics: Ensure delivery of the Midtown Yoga experience through presence in the studio and oversight of day-to-day studio operations, including execution of class schedule and upkeep of studio space.

  • Customer Service and Sales: Develop and manage relationships with customer base, including serving students in-studio and performing administrative duties such as responding to emails and phone inquiries.

  • Sales and Revenue: Work together with the Director of Operations to set goals and create actionable steps to meet membership, attendance, and overall revenue expectations.

  • Staffing: Hire and manage part-time team members, including yoga instructors and studio support team members, and ensure that all team members deliver an experience that meets brand standards.

  • Marketing and Events: Generate leads and broaden community through establishing new relationships and coordinating events.

 

Studio Support

Midtown Yoga Studio Support team members are responsible for maintaining the physical studio space, supporting classes, and staffing the front desk. Studio Support team members represent the Midtown Yoga brand and culture. This role is a part-time position.

 

Teacher

A Midtown Yoga Instructor delivers powerful and motivational hot vinyasa yoga classes and creates meaningful connections with students. Instructors are also responsible for supporting the studio and representing the Midtown Yoga brand and culture. This role is a part-time position. Instructors are required to teach at least two regular classes each week. RYT200 required.
