This class is designed to provide pregnant and post-pregnancy individuals with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies. You will be led through movement and breath work that cultivates space for growth, strengthens your new body, and allows you to embody a deeper connection to yourself and your baby. 

This class is designed for pregnant individuals and those who have given birth in the past year. Options and variations will be provided to serve each individual that comes to class.

Please refer to your medical provider if you have any specific needs or concerns. All props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Expand your teaching toolbox by diving into yin and restorative style classes.

MY unwind is the most glorious wind-down imaginable. This class begins with long slow stretches to prepare your body for breathwork and guided meditation. Finish up with an extra long Savasana. 

In this weekend program, you will learn how to safely guide students through restorative postures and extended time in grounded stretches. The course includes a MY unwind training manual, sample classes, posture clinics, and more.

Previous fitness or yoga experience or certification recommended. This training provides 10 contact hours of continuing education for Yoga Alliance certified instructors.

MY Strength Teacher Training Intensive

Expand your teaching toolbox by incorporating powerful vinyasa yoga with strength-training methods to create a comprehensive class.

MY strength is an intense experience that pushes students to get stronger both on and off their mats. We warm up the body with an intentional yoga sequence, then shift to strength-based exercises utilizing heavy weights for a fixed duration or number of reps. We finish by stretching out what we worked and cooling down before a mindful moment of stillness in Savasana. In this class, we up the ante on physicality and continue to integrate traditional yogic principles to show students their own personal power.

In this weekend program, you will learn how to safely guide students through strength-based exercises and complimentary yoga poses to create an adaptable, all-in-one yoga fitness experience. The course includes a MY strength training manual, sample classes, guide creating a personal playlist, anatomy overview, ample opportunity to practice teach, and more.

Previous fitness or yoga experience or certification recommended. This training provides 10 contact hours of continuing education for Yoga Alliance certified instructors.
