  • Review + memorize Standing Sequence for practice teaching by March 8th
    Note: Start to work on memorizing these short sequences so you can teach without notes.

  • Journaling: Satya *looking ahead*
    Real comes from the center of our unique essence and speaks to the moment from that center.

    Satya is truthfulness, and this principle demands authenticity and realness. Note that there is a difference between “nice” and “real.”

    The week of March 10th - March 16th, observe the difference between nice and real. Notice (and journal about) situations where you show up as nice and situations where you show up as real. What are the results? How does each interaction make you feel?
