Homework

All homework should be completed before next week’s first session unless otherwise noted

  • Meditate daily

  • Choose a peak pose and create a Vinyasa 3 around this pose. Be prepared to practice teach this Vinyasa 3 (plus your Grounding + Activation Sequence) on Saturday, April 5th.

  • Journaling: Santosha *looking ahead*
Looking outward for fulfillment will always disappoint us and keep contentment on step out of reach.

Santosha is contentment, and this niyama invites us to live in gratitude for what we do have and practice “not seeking.”

The week of April 7th -13th, practice gratitude and non-seeking. Consider this quote from Eckhart Tolle: If the only prayer you say in your entire life is “Thank you” that would suffice.

  • Read pages 118 - 132 of The Yamas + Niyamas by Deborah Adele (through Tapas) by April 10th

  • Finish reading Atlas of the Heart by Brene Brown by April 12th
