  • Meditate daily

  • Write down 5 songs you would like to use in your first playlist—and say why!

  • Teach 3 rounds of Sun Salutation A to two friends

  • Choose a peak pose and create a Vinyasa 3 around this pose. Be prepared to practice teach this Vinyasa 3 on Saturday, April 1st.

  • Journaling: Saucha *looking ahead*
    Whatever form purifying takes, it always begins with an intention to “lighten” the load we are carrying.

    Saucha is purity, and this niyama invites us to purify our bodies, our thoughts, and our words.

    The week of March 31st -April 6th, notice where you can purify your thoughts and speech. Release toxic, stale, and negative thoughts and words. Journal about your experience.
