  • Brainstorm Peak Poses for sequencing. Think big and creative!

  • Journaling: Brahmacharya *looking ahead*
    Excess is often a result of forgetting the sacredness of life.

    Brahmacharya is non-excess, and it although it is sometimes interpreted in the context of sexual celibacy and abstinence, this principle is much more powerful when viewed in a broader context.

    The week of March 24th - March 30th, challenge yourself to live in non-excess. Eat, work, and sleep to the point of increased energy and before the lethargy of excess sets in. Ponder the words of Gensei, a Japanese Buddhist monk, who said, “The point of life is to know what’s enough.” For this week, know what is enough and stop there. Practice pleasure without excess. Journal about your experience.
