If you're searching for a way to balance both mind and body, our signature MY hot flow class is for you! In this dynamic session, you’ll move with the rhythm of your breath through a challenging and thoughtfully-designed sequence of yoga poses. It’s a powerful yoga experience that pushes you to challenge yourself mentally and physically, with some parts of the class moving more quickly to keep you on your toes. Get ready to sweat, as this class is heated to 100° for that extra intensity.

Not wild about the heat? Try MY hot flow’s cooler cousin, MY warm flow—heated to a cooler 85°.

Looking for Flexibility?

Flexibility comes naturally when you incorporate any of our classes into your routine, but if a deep stretch is what you're after, MY unwind is your perfect match. In this session, you’ll stay grounded—literally—as the instructor guides you through a series of deep, supported poses, each held for several minutes. You'll wrap up with an extra-long Savasana, leaving you feeling completely relaxed. This class is pure chill, heated to a cozy 85°, perfect for those seeking a gentle yet effective way to stretch and unwind.

If your goal is to get stronger in both body and mind, we've got just the thing. Our MY strength class is yoga with a powerful twist, combining traditional poses with strength training to give you a full-body workout. Don’t be surprised if we sneak in a bit of cardio! With a high-energy playlist to keep you moving and optional weights and props for added intensity, this euphoric trifecta of training is adaptable to all levels and is heated to 85-90°.

But strength isn’t just about building muscle—it’s also about cultivating resilience and core stability from within. If you’re looking to enhance your inner strength, our MY core flow class is perfect for you. This class is a dynamic twist on our signature MY hot flow, seamlessly integrating mat-based core work into the vinyasa hot yoga practice you love. Heated to a steamy 100°, you’ll experience the dual benefits of a powerful core workout and an intense sweat session to strengthen your inner foundation and elevate your practice.
