    Tapas is the practice of self-discipline.

    The week of April 14th-20th, practice self-discipline. Practice staying one more minute in whatever unpleasantness presents itself to you. Can you stand the heat of unpleasantness? What do you gain by staying in discomfort? What does it cost you when you pull away from it? Journal about your experience.
