Take a break and bliss out with the ancient restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. You will be guided into a state of "yogic sleep" that systematically relaxes your body while your mind enters a state of deep, meditative awareness. It's like dreaming while fully awake.

One hour of Yoga Nidra can feel like 4 hours of restorative sleep. Studies show that it can increase dopamine production and ease anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
