“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
—Bhagavad Gita
Tabitha grew up in the Richmond area and found her way back here after years of exploring the world. Once she graduated from Virginia Tech, she spent time traveling with her husband and landed in Wellington, New Zealand, where she lived for nearly five years. It was there, where she dove into her yoga practice and completed her 200-hour teacher training.
Tabitha is passionate about creating space—for movement, for stillness, and for connection. She loves hot yoga, fun playlists, and classes that tap into the body’s strength, core, and rhythm. Her teaching is grounded in breath, body awareness, and the belief that yoga is a way to reconnect—with yourself, with your breath, and with the present moment.
Now back in Richmond with her family, Tabitha spends most of her days chasing after her two little ones and spending time with family. She’s hopes her classes offer a space to explore, grow, and maybe even lose yourself in the dance of your own breath and movement—the way she did.
