"Your preparation for the real world is not in the answers you’ve learned, but in the questions you’ve learned how to ask yourself."

-Bill Watterson, Calvin and Hobbes

Rebecca’s love of movement began early, shaped by practices ranging from karate and ballet to aerial trapeze. She discovered hot yoga in 2025 and quickly found a sense of connection and creativity through Midtown Yoga. After completing Midtown Yoga’s Teacher Training program, she continues to deepen her studies through prenatal and postnatal yoga certifications. As a teacher, Rebecca brings an imaginative, encouraging energy to the room, creating classes that inspire students to move with curiosity, confidence, and presence. She is passionate about helping people explore new possibilities within their own bodies while cultivating strength, playfulness, and self-awareness through movement.

Outside the studio, Rebecca is a PhD candidate in anthropology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a postpartum doula, and a barista. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, trapeze, and spending time with her pets.
