A lifelong dancer, Nicole performed on the Dance Dawgs team at the University of Georgia before finding yoga as a way to slow down and create space in her busy life. What began as a physical practice quickly became a meaningful way for her to reconnect with herself. Nicole loves that yoga creates space to slow down while also building strength and confidence. For her, yoga is about balance—challenging herself when she needs growth, softening when she needs rest, and learning to listen to her body without judgment. She hopes to help her students feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
Outside the studio, Nicole works as a corporate and securities attorney in Richmond.
