Maya has been teaching yoga for 6 years and specialities are vinyasa and fusion classes. Maya strives to create a fun and challenging environment for students of all levels. She works to empower her students to find their individual mind, body & breath connection. When Maya is not on her mat, you will find her around Richmond or at the river with her two small children, husband and golden doodle.
