Mackenzie is originally from New York and now resides in beautiful Richmond, VA. After playing division 1 soccer at William & Mary and experiencing injuries, becoming a yoga / strength instructor provided a new space to channel her competitive energy while gaining a different perspective on mind + body connection. When not in the studio, you can find her exploring and spending time with her pup and fiancé!
