Originally from New York, Mackenzie now calls The Fan in Richmond, VA home. A former Division I soccer player at William & Mary, she discovered yoga and strength training while recovering from hip injuries. What began as a new outlet for her competitive energy evolved into a deeper appreciation for the connection between mind and body. Outside the studio, you can find her exploring with her two dogs, Lewis and Harry, and spending time with her husband.
