Macey’s journey to the mat began through movement — with a background in dance, she first found solace from stress and anxiety in Boston. Yoga has always been close to her heart, passed down from her mom, who discovered the practice in 1970s New York City.
Rooted in the belief that mind, body, and breath are beautifully intertwined, Macey teaches with a focus on mindfulness, grounding, and joy. Her classes invite you to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and find ease in both strength and stillness.
When she’s not flowing in the studio (or soaking up the sun), you’ll find her happily petting every dog that crosses her path.
