Kelly began practicing yoga over ten years ago in both Iyengar and Vinyasa styles and graduated from the Bliss Body Yoga 200-hour teacher training in 2017.  She has a passion for pre- and post-natal yoga and encourages women to grow in their beauty and strength throughout their yoga journeys. Her classes help individuals feel their bodies both inside and out and explore the connection between yoga both on the mat and in life. Kelly has a 6-year-old son and loves friends, family, outdoor concerts, baseball games, and hanging by the pool.
