Jasmin’s parents gave her the gift of yoga teacher training for her birthday in 2021. They knew how passionate she had become about yoga, as she had been practicing every day and quickly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of the practice. After completing her teacher training, Jasmin began teaching yoga at her college gym and continued teaching at UNCW until she graduated.
Today, Jasmin works full-time in electrical engineering while continuing to share her love of yoga through teaching. She is passionate about creating classes that help students connect with their bodies, challenge themselves, and find a sense of presence both on and off the mat.
