James is a lifelong athlete with a background in baseball, soccer, rock climbing, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He has always been drawn to the joy of movement and the endless potential of the human body. Yoga became a natural extension of that curiosity, offering not just challenge and strength, but a deeper sense of awareness and presence.

After practicing yoga for seven years, James completed Midtown Yoga's 200-hour Teacher Training Program. His classes blend creative sequencing with functional movement and mindfulness that challenge his students to explore movement with strength, curiosity, and presence.
