Hannah discovered yoga when she was in college as a way to balance both body and mind. She quickly realized it was also a practice of presence, growth, and self-discovery. She loves how yoga challenges her physically while offering space to release stress and reconnect with her breath. Through teaching, Hannah shares the joy of moving with intention, exploring new possibilities on and off the mat, and finding stillness in a fast-moving world. When she’s not on her mat, Hannah enjoys reading with a cup of Earl Grey tea, walking her sheepadoodle (Pippa ), and plotting her next creative project. She believes yoga is for everybody--and every body--and can’t wait to welcome you to the mat!
