“Wherever you go, there you are."

—Jon Kabat-Zinn

Chelsea first found yoga in high school, initially drawn to its physicality and the challenge of the poses. Over time, her practice shifted and she began to connect with its deeper meaning—and from that point, everything changed.

Through periods of transition, yoga became Chelsea's anchor. It offered stability, brought her back to herself, and became a practice to which she could always return. This sense of grounding and connection is at the heart of what she brings to her classes.

After discovering Midtown Yoga—a space and community that felt like home— Chelsea's passion for yoga grew even stronger. She completed our 200-hour Teacher Training Program and now guides students through intentional flows designed to cultivate strength, balance, and self-discovery, both on and off the mat.
