Cassidy rediscovered her love for yoga at a local studio in Blacksburg, Virginia while attending Virginia Tech. A year later she embarked on her Teacher Training during the pandemic. The prioritization of her mental and physical health during such uncertain times was not only a grounding force for her, but blossomed into a calling to help others make space for themselves on the mat. Whether it's your 100th class or your first time in our studio, Cassidy's goal is for each of her students to leave her class feeling challenged and rewarded. When she's not in our Richmond studio, you can find Cassidy shooting film photography around the city or picnicking at the VMFA with friends, her golden retriever, Rhodes and a good bottle of red.
