“I am my own muse. I am the subject I know best. The subject I want to know better."
—Frida Kahlo
Britnee was born and raised in Arizona, then spent many years traveling and living all over the U.S. for work. She landed in Raleigh in 2019 thinking it would be a pit stop, but it became much more permanent. Britnee began her yoga journey in 2013, but it wasn’t until a couple years later that she fully embraced the practice and its transformative power. In 2020 she finally embarked on her journey to receiving her 200 RYT. Britnee makes it a point to connect with her mat daily, even if just for a few moments. She is passionate about crafting creative flows that seamlessly weave movements together, allowing students to experience the fluidity and grace of their practice. Her classes emphasize exploration and creativity, inviting students to discover their own rhythm and flow. Britnee’s approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for the art of movement and the joy of self-expression through yoga.
