Beth found yoga more than 20 years ago, during the busy years of raising her children. The practice offered an opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect with herself through movement. When Midtown Yoga opened in Richmond, she was excited to be among the first students through the door. (She took our very first class!)
As she entered a new season of life as an empty nester, she joined the Midtown Yoga studio support team. That experience deepened her connection to the Midtown community and ultimately inspired her to pursue teacher training. Beth loves helping students find the same sense of presence, balance, and well-being that first brought her to the mat. Her classes are both creative and challenging, encouraging students to connect with themselves and explore their potential.
