Amber is a wellness facilitator and speaker devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement and mindfulness. Drawing from her background in healing-centered community work, meditation, and personal transformation, she creates classes that support grounding and reflection. Amber’s approach blends intentional movement with emotional awareness, encouraging students to move beyond performance and into presence. Through each experience, her intention is to help people feel more at home within themselves and their lives.
