Whether you're new to strength or simply want to refine your practice, this workshop will give you tools to find success in a Midtown Yoga strength class. We'll guide you step-by-step through proper alignment of foundational poses, including lateral lunges, split squats, hip thrusters, reverse fly, lat raise, and boat pose.


This all-levels experience is not heated and includes ample opportunity for Q+A.
