This class is designed to provide pregnant and post-pregnancy individuals with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies. You will be led through movement and breath work that cultivates space for growth, strengthens your new body, and allows you to embody a deeper connection to yourself and your baby. Allison holds an 80-hour prenatal/postnatal yoga certification.
This class is designed for pregnant individuals and those who have given birth in the past year. Options and variations will be provided to serve each individual that comes to class.
Please refer to your medical provider if you have any specific needs or concerns. All props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
