This class is designed to provide pregnant individuals at any stage of pregnancy with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies and incorporate movement into pregnancy. You will be led through yoga postures and breath work that cultivates growth, prepares you for labor and delivery, and allows you to embody a deeper connection to yourself and your growing baby. You will experience a variety of practices you can use throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
This class is not heated. Modifications and variations will be provided to serve each individual that comes to class. Please refer to your medical provider if you have any specific needs or concerns.
