This 4-week series is for anyone who wants to show up like a badass for our studio classes--and for life. We know that our classes are challenging and fast-paced. We take this intentional approach because we know it makes you stronger both on and off the mat. In this workshop, we will slow it down, break it down, and give you an opportunity ask question.

Although this workshop is designed as a series and each week builds on the last, you can drop into any single session.

Week 1 (January 21) - Sun Salutations

Week 2 (January 28) - Flow Like a Warrior (Foundational Standing Poses)

Week 3 (February 4) - Find Your Balance (Standing on One Leg)

Week 4 (February 11) - Bring it all Together
