Dive deeper into the holistic practice of yoga and cultivate your relationship with yourself in the Deepen MY Practice intensive series. In this 3-part series of weekend workshops, students will pursue the 8-limbed path of yoga as a lifestyle.
This course includes study of poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana)--as well as the philosophy of yoga. You will explore an array of yoga techniques and practices, including yoga nidra and restorative/yin yoga.
Saturday sessions are 1:30pm to 6pm. Sunday sessions are 12pm to 3:30pm. Cost of the program includes manual and journal. Required reading is not included.
