This class is designed to provide pregnant individuals with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies in the second trimester. You will be led through movement and breath work that cultivates space for growth, prepares you for labor and delivery, and allows you to embody a deeper connection to yourself and your growing baby. You will experience and be educated on a variety of practices you can use throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Although this class is designed for individuals in their second trimester, all are welcome. Modifications and variations will be provided to serve each individual that comes to class.
