As the seasons shift, ground yourself through the ancient practice of Yin yoga. In this style of yoga, you will use props to support yourself while holding deep postures for several minutes. The intention is to move past the muscle and into deeper connective tissues to relax more deeply. You will create a sense of balance in your body and your life by removing blockages in energy channels, known as "meridians."
Part Two will focus on the lung and large intestine meridians. This masterclass will include asana practice and discussion.
