Yamas and Niyamas Workshop with Lipsa

Sure, you practice the asana (physical poses) in a yoga class but then what? Curious as to how you can live your yoga? The yamas and the niyamas are known as the ethical code of yoga; ways to live off of your yoga mat. They include ideas such as non-violence, conservation of energy, and truthfulness just to name a few.

This workshop will shed light on how we can bring these classical guidelines into our everyday life. Through this interactive workshop discussion we'll take a deep dive into each one individually, finding a deeper meaning and ways to enrich your life while also learning tangible actions to help embody them into your day-to-day. This workshop is perfect for any student (even new!) practicing yoga, who is curious about evolving their practice off the mat and looking for a down-to-earth approach to the philosophical aspects of yoga. You will leave with a worksheet of journal questions as well as a better understanding of how to "live your yoga" off the mat!

Space is limited—so book now!
