Midtown Yoga is popping up at The Park RVA Beer Garden on January 11th. Enjoy a 60-minute signature MY flow led by our studio manager, Emily, followed by a post-class social after. This class is free and open to all-levels. Space is limited, so sign up today, and don't forget to bring your mat!
This class is designed to provide pregnant and post-pregnancy individuals with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies. You will be led through movement and breath work that cultivates space for growth, strengthens your new body, and allows you to embody a deeper connection to yourself and your baby.
This class is designed for pregnant individuals and those who have given birth in the past year. Options and variations will be provided to serve each individual that comes to class.
Please refer to your medical provider if you have any specific needs or concerns. All props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Immerse yourself in the vibrations of our candlelit sound bath. This meditative experience relaxes your mind and activates energy within your body to bring you into a state of deep relaxation.
Whether you're new to yoga or simply want to refine your practice, this workshop will give you tools to find success in a Midtown Yoga group class. We'll guide you step-by-step through proper alignment of foundational poses, including extended side angle, triangle, pyramid, chair, standing L, standing splits, and half moon.
This all-levels experience is not heated and includes ample opportunity for Q+A.

This 4-week series is for anyone who wants to show up like a badass for our studio classes--and for life. We know that our classes are challenging and fast-paced. We take this intentional approach because we know it makes you stronger both on and off the mat. In this workshop, we will slow it down, break it down, and give you an opportunity ask question.
Although this workshop is designed as a series and each week builds on the last, you can drop into any single session.
