OUR PROMISE

We’re adapting to keep Midtown Yoga a safe and sacred space. We will continue to fine-tune our approach, and we’ll update you here. Have questions? Just ask!

The Studio Space

We’ve always maintained high standards when it comes to keeping the studio fresh and clean. We are following rigorous daily cleaning protocols to keep you as safe as possible. ✨

We have installed a REME HALO® in-duct air purification system throughout the entire studio space to reduce the risk of airborne and surface bacteria and viruses. This system reduces sneeze germs by 99% in the time a sneeze can reach 3 feet and is effective against all 3 categories of indoor air pollutants: particulates, microbials, and gases .

Protecting Ourselves and Each Other

Masks are required in the studio. We recommend that students wear masks at all times inside the studio space and common areas. Bring your own, or we’ll provide one for you! Please ensure that your mask covers both your nose and your mouth.
Note that for vaccination-required classes (clearly marked on the schedule), the mask
requirement is not actively enforced.

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant will be available for use throughout the studio.

At this time, teachers will not offer hands-on assists.

Your Responsibility

We are taking steps to keep you safe, and we simply ask for the same in return.

If you have a fever, cough, or any symptoms associated with COVID-19—or even if you think you might—please do not come into the studio

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please follow the CDC guidelines for quarantine and isolation.

Don’t forget that we’re all walking into this new world together. Take care of each other. Be kind. Practice yoga everywhere you go.
