All homework should be completed before next week’s first session unless otherwise noted

  • Take one additional Midtown Yoga class (in person or on MY Home Practice). Journal about your experience. *Class must be at least 45 minutes.

  • Complete one additional Pranayama video on MY Home Practice

  • Check-in with your assigned Coach or Lead.

  • Meditate Daily.
