In this workshop, you will learn how to use different visualization techniques to increase personal performance and confidence. You will first be led through a guided visualization exercise to get in touch with the "big picture" of their desired outcomes. With a clear picture of this vision, you will then learn how to set S.M.M.A.R.T goals and a realistic action plan that will aid you in actualizing that vision. Other evidence-based visualization techniques will then be introduced that can be practiced daily to help you overcome fear, build self-confidence, and achieve the goals they have set.
